Meeting space at the lodge
Our conference room is inside Imperial Becoming — on the Effiduase–Asamang Road, with parking on site and the option to stay overnight in the same building.
What we provide
- Air-conditioned room with flexible seating.
- Space for a screen or projector setup — tell us your layout when booking.
- Wi-Fi for everyone in the room.
- Parking for cars and small buses in our front car park.
How people usually use it
Half-day staff meetings, training sessions, and small workshops are the most common bookings. Some groups meet in the morning, break for lunch at the bar, and finish the day by the pool if time allows.
We do not run a full events agency — but the front desk will help with room setup, extra chairs, and refreshment timing if you ask ahead.
